Key collection
 
Guests check in at a designated building at the destination and will receive an SMS from us on the day of arrival.
Please make sure to provide a valid mobile phone number when making your booking.
The SMS will contain a unique code that provides access to a key box in the designated building. Inside the box, guests will find an information booklet and the keys to their respective cabin or apartment.
 
 
Check-in and key collection are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please note that check-out is before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
